Terms of Service

Welcome to Quoted Collective. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quoted Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quoted Collective. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (quotes, images, group descriptions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains personal information of others without their consent.
• Is spam, advertising, or solicitation.

5. Content Moderation

Group admins may moderate content within their groups, including approving, rejecting, or removing quotes. If your content is rejected, you may appeal the decision to the group admin. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5a. AI-Generated Images

Quoted Collective offers an optional AI image generation feature for quotes. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that images are generated by third-party AI services (Google Gemini and Hugging Face).
• Generated images are subject to the same content policies as user-uploaded content.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated images before submitting them.
• Usage is limited to 3 generated images per day per user.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated images.
• Quote text is sent to third-party AI providers to generate images. Do not include sensitive personal information in quotes intended for image generation.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Quoted Collective app, its design, and its code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content outside of normal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quoted Collective is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
